Tick tock, the clock draws nearer.

Alrighty, so here I am - almost two months without a blog. Two more days and it'd be official. What's happened? Not an enormous amount of things on the grander scale. Still waiting anxiously to go to ARC, still juckin and jivin on the stand up scene, and still an overall failure at life if you break it down to the brass tacks. What with lame job after lame job alongside the tedious breaks between jobs due to this or that circumstance that snarky bosses couldn't care less to hear about. Fun stuff. School starts next Monday... but I won't be getting my grant money until _at least_ Friday, which isn't optimum as I need books! I'll have to visit the library or adopt some nerd friends or something. I cannot fail!

Stand up! When I move, you move (yeah, just like that); all Luda was trying to get at with that lyric is the same thing I'm getting at... when I budge, so does my career. My high school (Mira Loma High), my alma mater, is turning the golden 5-0 in age and I decided to contact the head honcho running all that and decided to inquire about perhaps doing a set for the night. That would certainly be optimum since then, finally, I could say that I've been booked somewhere. =P

Currently, my nose is congested and my head's feeling a bit stuffed. I've felt this way for the good course of a couple days now -- hope it at least dissipates a little by Friday, have plans with the Misses on Friday! <3 I've yet to blog about my brighter half and I'm not so sure I'd like to since she hates it when I divulge into personal things and, quite often, I can find myself blarrering on and into a topic I shouldn't. So, given that information, I'll stay tight lipped after first stating that she's amazing and continuously puts smile after smile on my face. She's a huge inspiration to this hell of a mountain I have in front of me.

The Oakland freakin Raiders, ladies and gentlemen. They were looking quite BEASTLY against the Cowgirls last weekend -- which reminds me, I need to print out a schedule (doing that now lol) -- and it doesn't look like that was a fluke victory. We're looking quite solid on the defensive end, having the "number one defense, statistically" as the announcers put so eloquently. Typical Raider ball or typical Raider ball? NECESSARY ROUGHNESS! SILVER AND BLACK! WOOOOO! lol Can you tell that I'm a hyped fan? I mean sure, it's the Raiders; then again, it's the Raiders. They've always been that double-edged sword and this year (I have a feeling) may very well trump the '04 crew. A damn good thing if you're a true Raider fan. Just thought I'd get one decent load of crap in before the end of the month. More blogs as things begin to flow easier and life gives me more to delve into.
